Prior to joining DiscoverReady, Sean was Vice President of Operations for SuperiorGlacier (www.superiorglacier.com) where he had responsibility for the Project Management, Hosting, Electronic Data Services and Paper Production groups.  Sean joined what was then known as the Superior Group in 1998 to develop production procedures and capabilities for Glacier Systems, a litigation support services company started to specialize in Hosting, Coding, Scanning, Printing and Electronic Data Discovery.

 

Before joining Glacier Systems Sean lead Project Management group for IKON-CTI a company that supported and implemented litigation support services & software for the legal industry.

 

Sean began his career in litigation support at LIT (Legal Information Technology) where he started as a scanner and held the positions of Supervisor, Imaging Manager and Project Manager.

 

Before beginning his career in litigation support Sean worked for Visage Imaging a medical document management company that specialized in on-site file management.

 

Sean graduated with honors from Jersey City State University.
