Alan Wilbur is the Director of Ringtail Solutions at DiscoverReady LLC. Alan is familiar with a variety of review platforms, including Concordance and Summation, but he has a developed a particular expertise in Ringtail. With DiscoverReady, Alan is responsible for designing and integrating Ringtail solutions as part of DiscoverReady's overall service offering.
Prior to joining DiscoverReady, Alan served with FTI Consulting, Inc. as a Director in FTI's Repository Services practice. While at FTI, he provided guidance to corporations and law firms throughout the litigation lifecycle. He has designed processes and led dozens of review teams to successfully help clients comply with Hart-Scott-Rodino second requests, civil and criminal government investigations, internal and independent audit reviews, and requests for production in civil litigation.
Alan began his career in practice with Venable LLP in Washington, DC, and has had additional complex litigation and trial experience with several firms since 2000. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
