Michelle T. Nichols

Michelle Telenko Nichols is Vice President of Client Solutions for DiscoverReady LLC.  Michelle has over 16 years of experience in the legal services industry.

Before joining DiscoverReady, Michelle, working with general counsels, designed and implemented compliance and ethics programs of a number of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, she served as the Director of LitWorks™ -- the industry’s first and most comprehensive litigation support certification training program. In her role as Director, Michelle focused on creating the curriculum and developing the certification assessments. Once developed, she provided training to numerous litigation support professionals who attended the LitWorks program. She was also responsible for corporate training of the operations and sales staff for Document Technologies, Inc. Michelle is certified to train and administer a number of litigation support tools including Concordance, Opticon, iPro, Introspect, and CaseMap. She frequently speaks at Litigation Support industry events on topics such as best practices for large case management and electronic discovery.

Michelle began her legal career as a Program Manager for CACI’s Commercial Division, providing litigation support services to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for many of its largest matters. She also served as the Litigation Support Manager for the Dallas-based law firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist where she managed many large-scale reviews and developed an in-house training program to keep the attorney and support teams up-to-date on best practices for using litigation support technology.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
