Steven Harber is a co-founder of DiscoverReady LLC. Steve has been active in the field of litigation support as a paralegal, attorney, application developer, services vendor and consultant since 1991.

Prior to starting DiscoverReady, Steve was a founding Partner of Palisades Advisors, LLC (www.palisadesadvisors.com) where he specialized in strategic positioning, sales & marketing, and business development. At Palisades, Steve worked on the branding and positioning of a number of companies in the legal space.  Prior to Palisades, Steve served as President of IGUANA STUDIOS, INC., an award winning interactive design, branding and web application development company. He helped the company to grow, raise capital and sell to Change Technology Partners, Inc. (OTC: CTPI.OB) in March of 2001.

Prior to joining IGUANA STUDIOS in February 2000, Steve served as president of IKON-CTI, a division of IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC. (NYSE: IKN). While at IKON, he was responsible for the launch of a business-to-business ASP solution called the "Virtual File Room" (www.ikon-vfr.com) that provided web-based information management to large law firms and corporate legal departments.

Steve previously served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Concordance Technologies, Inc., (acquired by IKON www.ikon.com in April of 1996) where he developed, sold and implemented litigation support software, document conversion services technology and networking solutions for the legal industry.

As an attorney, Steve specialized in using technology while litigating reinsurance and environmental coverage issues at the law firm of Anderson & Company. Prior to attending law school, Steve sold robotic assembly systems to American auto manufacturers while working at Kanemetsu-Gosho USA.

Steve received a BA from Bucknell University and a JD from New York Law School. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
