In addition to producing greater review consistency, the i-Decision™ process typically reduces review costs from 15%-40%.

PreView Reporting and Iterative Analysis

Our PreView reporting provides clients with a “bird’s eye view” of the collected data—providing keen insights into the frequency and impact of the use of specific search terms, the presence or absence of data during key time periods, and the volumes and types of data for each custodian. Working closely with our Dynamic Data Analysis™ team, clients use PreView reports to ensure the efficacy of their search terms, to establish budgets, to define timelines and resource commitments, and, most importantly, to provide the information necessary for responsible counsel to effectively develop their case strategies and support their negotiations with regulators or opposing parties.

PrivBank™ and PrivView™ Reporting

Although no privilege screening process is bullet proof, DiscoverReady has developed the industry’s most comprehensive automated methodology to identify potentially privileged files and communications. Leveraging critical data from our proprietary PrivBank™, at the outset of each matter we are able to generate a PrivView™ Report, confidently identifying and segregating communications with responsible counsel and other documents containing key indicia of privilege. Responsible counsel then can utilize this Report and information to make the final privilege determination efficiently and effectively. We then "deposit" the privilege files from each of our matters to create a PrivBank™ for our clients, enabling us to re-use the "fingerprint" and corresponding content from all privileged files from one matter to the next, thus building an ever-growing and increasingly effective privilege screening process.

DiscoveryBank™

For those clients that we work with on an ongoing basis, we also have the ability to deploy our DiscoveryBank™, reusing content analysis and data decisions from one matter to the next. Through the consistent use of our DiscoveryBank we are also able to maintain a complete record of the "life" of a document across all matters, including a log of all review decisions and productions.

BizBlast Reviews
|

Our BizBlast service employs a combination of review, technology and management that is designed to quickly identify and segregate non-substantive bulk business email. The service is customized at the beginning of each matter to apply the case specifics in order to streamline the electronic discovery process. A sample email that would be culled during the BizBlast™review service would include a daily email to the company from the cafeteria listing the menu for the day or monthly emails from the HR department about a United Way campaign. We "bank" this information from matter to matter as a way to further refine the ability to quickly identify this information in future reviews.
