We typically run pilot review projects as part of the consulting exercise and at the conclusion of the effort our clients have a proven process that can be quickly implemented.

Case Specific Processes
In addition to our enterprise process development initiatives, we are frequently called upon by clients to develop specific processes for specific cases.  Our consulting efforts in this area range from basic tool selection and workflow design, to building 30(b)(6) binders and assisting in pre-trial conference search protocols or production format.
